Ingredients
- 1 tube refrigerated chocolate chip cookie dough
- 1 pint salted caramel ice cream
- 1 pint vanilla ice cream
- 1/2 c. peanut butter, melted
- 1 bottle chocolate syrup
- 1 package M&Ms Minis
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
- Once the oven's up to the right temperature, place the log of cookie dough in the center of a parchment-lined baking sheet and put it in the oven. Bake for 15 minutes, or until the exterior of the cookie is mostly cooked and the edges are golden brown and crisp.
- Once the cookie is out of the oven, let it cool for 3-5 minutes, then carefully transfer the dough log to a platter. Immediately top with ice cream, melted peanut butter, chocolate syrup and mini M&Ms.
- Garnish with cut-out images of '90s heartthrobs (optional, but highly encouraged).
