  • 6 tbsp. lime juice
  • 1/4 c. Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 c. fresh mint
  • 1/2 c. Fresh basil
  • 2 tbsp. fresh tarragon
  • 2 clove garlic
  • 1 serrano chile
  • 1 tsp. salt

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, purée sour cream, lime juice, olive oil, mint, basil, tarragon, garlic, serrano chile, and salt until smooth.
