Ingredients

  • 4 (8 oz) packages shredded cabbage, or prepared coleslaw mix
  • 4 scallions, trimmed and thinly sliced
  • 1/2 teaspoon caraway seeds
  • 1/4 cup prepared coleslaw dressing

Instructions

  1. Cook's Note: If preparing cabbage, three suggested cabbage types are: napa, savoy and red.
  2. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Toss to coat.
