Ingredients
- 1 lb. white chocolate
- 8 oz. mini marshmellows
- 1 c. unsalted almonds
- 2 oz. bittersweet chocolate
Instructions
- Melt white chocolate in a heavy pot on low heat stirring occasionally. Remove from heatand stir occasionally until cool.
- Stir in mini marshmallows and unsalted almonds. The chocolate should becool enough that the marshmallows do not melt. Spread onto a parchment paper-lined cookiesheet. Refrigerate until firm, about 4 hours. Cut into pieces and store in airtight tin.
