Ingredients
- 2 cups shredded deli rotisserie chicken
- 4 slices bacon, crisply cooked, crumbled
- 1 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese (6 oz)
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1 can (16.3 oz) Pillsbury™ Grands!™ Homestyle refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
- 1 tablespoon butter, melted
Instructions
- Heat oven to 375 °F. Spray 9-inch round pan with cooking spray.
- In medium bowl, mix chicken, bacon, 1 cup of the cheese and the dressing until well mixed. Set aside.
- Separate dough into 8 biscuits; press each biscuit to 5- to 6-inch round. Spoon packed 1/4 cup chicken mixture onto center of each biscuit. Bring dough up around chicken mixture; press edge to seal, and shape into a ball. Place balls in pan; brush with melted butter.
- Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until deep golden brown and dough is baked. Remove from oven; sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup cheese. Bake 2 to 3 minutes longer or until cheese is melted. Drizzle with additional ranch dressing, if desired.
