Ingredients
- 1-1/3 cups butter, softened
- 2-2/3 cups sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup baking cocoa
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup Golden Grahams, coarsely crushed
- 1-3/4 cups miniature marshmallows
- 4 ounces milk chocolate, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 °. In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs and vanilla. In a bowl, mix flour, cocoa and salt; gradually beat into creamed mixture.
- Spread into a greased 13x9-in. baking pan. Bake 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out with moist crumbs (do not overbake).
- Preheat broiler. Sprinkle baked brownies with cereal and marshmallows; broil 5-6 in. from heat 30-45 seconds or until marshmallows are golden brown. Immediately sprinkle with chopped chocolate. Cover with foil and let stand 5 minutes or until chocolate begins to melt. Remove foil and cool completely in pan on a wire rack. Cut into bars.
