  • 5 c. chicken stock
  • 6 shiitake mushrooms
  • 2 c. baby spinach
  • 4 green onions
  • 1 tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp. lime jucie
  • 1/2 tsp. Asian chili sauce or other hot sauce

Instructions

  1. Combine stock and mushrooms and bring to boil.
  2. Stir in spinach, green onions, soysauce, lemon juice and Asian chili sauce.
  3. Simmer until spinach is wilted. Add salt,if needed.
