  • 1/4 cup sunflower kernels

  • 4 wheat pita breads, halved
  • 1 medium tomato, thinly sliced
  • 1 medium cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
  • 1 ripe avocado, peeled and sliced
