Ingredients
1 (16 oz can) white kidney beans, rinsed and drained
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 lemon, juiced
1 teaspoon Paula Deen Hot Sauce
1/2 teaspoon cumin
3/4 teaspoon Paula Deen House Seasoning
chives, chopped, for garnish
Instructions
In the bowl of a food processor, combine the ingredients and pulse until smooth.
Refrigerate until ready to serve. Garnish with chopped chives. Serve with crisp carrot sticks or toasted pita triangles.
