Ingredients

1/2 small head cabbage, chopped 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced 1/2 red onion, minced 1 carrot, chopped 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro 1 lime, juiced

Instructions

In a bowl, mix together the cabbage, jalapeno pepper, red onion, carrot, cilantro, and lime juice.
