Ingredients

  • 1/2 small head cabbage, chopped
  • 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced
  • 1/2 red onion, minced
  • 1 carrot, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 lime, juiced

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix together the cabbage, jalapeno pepper, red onion, carrot, cilantro, and lime juice.
