Ingredients
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon almonds, chopped
- 1 tablespoon chocolate candies, such as M and M's, chopped
- 1 tablespoon chocolate chips, chopped
- 1 tablespoon peanuts, chopped
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter chips, chopped
- 1 tablespoon raisins, chopped
- Special equipment: Ice-cream maker
Instructions
- Melt the sugar into the heavy cream and milk over low heat. Allow to cool overnight. Stir in the vanilla, and then mix according to your ice-cream maker's instructions. About 2 minutes before the ice cream is finished, add the almonds, chocolate candies and chips, peanuts, peanut butter chips and raisins. Freeze overnight.
