Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon almonds, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon chocolate candies, such as M and M's, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon chocolate chips, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon peanuts, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter chips, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon raisins, chopped
  • Special equipment: Ice-cream maker

Instructions

  1. Melt the sugar into the heavy cream and milk over low heat. Allow to cool overnight. Stir in the vanilla, and then mix according to your ice-cream maker's instructions. About 2 minutes before the ice cream is finished, add the almonds, chocolate candies and chips, peanuts, peanut butter chips and raisins. Freeze overnight.
