Ingredients

1/2 large banana 1 cup orange juice 1/2 cup spinach

Instructions

1. Freeze Spinach and Banana if possible. 2. Put all ingredients in blender and blend slow for 30 seconds. Make sure to try not to froth. 3. Pour into your large glass. Plastic is not acceptable. :) 4. Note: tastes so much better than you think and really healthy!
