Use homemade or store-bought pesto for this simple pasta salad, which you can whip up in minutes.
Ingredients
- 1 lb. orecchiette
- 1 c. pesto
- 1 c. cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 c. Feta, crumbled
- Fresh basil, for serving
Instructions
- In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook orecchiette according to package directions until al dente. Drain, then transfer to a large serving bowl.
- Add pesto and toss pasta until coated. Add tomatoes, feta, and basil and toss.
