Ingredients
- 8 c. water
- 4 package any flavor ramen noodle soup
- 12 oz. frozen, cooked, peeled and deveined medium shrimp
- 1 tsp. dark Oriental sesame oil
- 1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper
- 1/2 c. chopped scallions
- 1/3 c. grated carrots
- 4 Lime wedges
Instructions
- Bring water to a boil in a 3- to 4-quart pot. Break up noodles, add to pot and cook 3 minutes, stirring occasionally, or until tender.
- Remove from heat. Immediately stir in shrimp, seasoning packets, oil and crushed pepper. Let stand 1 minute. Sprinkle scallions and carrots over top. Serve with lime wedges on the side.
