Ingredients
1 box couscous (garlic parmesan), cooked
1 can chick peas
1 red pepper, finely chopped
1/2 Vidalia onion, chopped
1 English cucumber, peeled and seeded, finely chopped
1 tomato, chopped
1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
2 to 3 limes, juiced
1/4 cup olive oil
1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
Instructions
In a bowl, add all ingredients. Toss and add oil or lime juice to taste.
