Ingredients
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 medium yellow onion, diced
- 1 lb. ground beef
- salt and pepper
- 1/4 c. ketchup
- 2 tbsp. mustard
- 1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 2 10-in. flour tortillas
- 3 c. sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
Instructions
- In a skillet over medium-high heat, pour in olive oil. Cook diced onions until translucent. Add beef and season with salt and pepper. Cook until the meat is brown. Drain liquid from meat.
- Add ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and garlic powder to the meat. Stir until fully incorporated.
- In a clean skillet over medium-high heat, add butter and let melt. Place a flour tortilla down. Fill half with the meat mixture and top with a heap of cheese. Fold the tortilla over and let it brown, 3 to 5 minutes. Flip and let the other side cook for 3-5 minutes.
