Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 medium yellow onion, diced
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • salt and pepper
  • 1/4 c. ketchup
  • 2 tbsp. mustard
  • 1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp. butter
  • 2 10-in. flour tortillas
  • 3 c. sharp cheddar cheese, shredded

Instructions

  1. In a skillet over medium-high heat, pour in olive oil. Cook diced onions until translucent. Add beef and season with salt and pepper. Cook until the meat is brown. Drain liquid from meat.
  2. Add ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and garlic powder to the meat. Stir until fully incorporated.
  3. In a clean skillet over medium-high heat, add butter and let melt. Place a flour tortilla down. Fill half with the meat mixture and top with a heap of cheese. Fold the tortilla over and let it brown, 3 to 5 minutes. Flip and let the other side cook for 3-5 minutes.
