Ingredients

  • 2 ounces (1/4 cup) Flor de Caña white rum
  • 3/4 ounce (1 1/2 tablespoons) fresh lime juice
  • 3/4 ounce (1 1/2 tablespoons) Simple Syrup
  • Garnish: thin lime slice

Instructions

  1. Combine rum, lime juice, and Simple Syrup in an ice-filled cocktail shaker; shake vigorously for 30 seconds or until well chilled. Strain into a Champagne coupe or martini glass; garnish, if desired.
