Ingredients

1 barspoon Crème de Violette 1 oz. Gin 1/2 oz. simple syrup 1/2 oz. lemon juice dry sparkling wine, to top

Instructions

Add all ingredients except sparkling wine to a shaking tin. Add ice and shake. Strain over ice into a collins glass and top with sparkling wine. Garnish with a lemon twist.
