Ingredients

  • 1 barspoon Crème de Violette
  • 1 oz. Gin
  • 1/2 oz. simple syrup
  • 1/2 oz. lemon juice
  • dry sparkling wine, to top

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients except sparkling wine to a shaking tin.
  2. Add ice and shake.
  3. Strain over ice into a collins glass and top with sparkling wine.
  4. Garnish with a lemon twist.
