  • 1 tbsp. capers
  • 4 slice pumpernickel toast
  • 1 c. pea sprouts
  • 8 oz. sliced smoked salmon
  • .13 tsp. ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Stir crème fraîche and capers together. Spread onto toast slices. Place pea shoots on each toast slice. Layer with smoked salmon. Garnish with freshly cracked black pepper.
