- 1 head garlic
- 1 tsp. olive oil
- 1 c. MIRACLE WHIP Dressing
- 2 tsp. fresh lemon juice
Instructions
- Heat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Cut thin slice off top of garlic head to expose tops of all cloves; drizzle with oil. Wrap in foil. Place on baking sheet. Bake 20 minutes; cool 5 minutes.
- Squeeze roasted garlic into small bowl. Stir in dressing and lemon juice.
