Ingredients

  • 1 head garlic
  • 1 tsp. olive oil
  • 1 c. MIRACLE WHIP Dressing
  • 2 tsp. fresh lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Cut thin slice off top of garlic head to expose tops of all cloves; drizzle with oil. Wrap in foil. Place on baking sheet. Bake 20 minutes; cool 5 minutes.
  3. Squeeze roasted garlic into small bowl. Stir in dressing and lemon juice.
