Ingredients

  • 2 cans very young early peas, drained
  • 1/4 cup onions, chopped
  • 2 boiled eggs, crumbled
  • 2 to 3 tablespoons mayonnaise, to moisten
  • chopped pimento, optional

Instructions

  1. Drain peas very well. Add onions, crumbled eggs and mayonnaise. Season to taste. Add pimento (if desired.)
