A nice vegetarian dish with garden peas that will be a compliment to any meal.
Ingredients
- 2 cans very young early peas, drained
- 1/4 cup onions, chopped
- 2 boiled eggs, crumbled
- 2 to 3 tablespoons mayonnaise, to moisten
- chopped pimento, optional
Instructions
- Drain peas very well. Add onions, crumbled eggs and mayonnaise. Season to taste. Add pimento (if desired.)
