Buy Jack's sauces at: http://TheBestSauces.com Join Jack's cooking community: http://goo.gl/QTJo8 Like COOKING WITH JACK at: http://Facebook.com/CookingWithJack Watch Jack on the Go Show - http://youtube.com/jackonthego Here is the recipe: Ingredients: 1/2 lbs Bacon 1/2 lbs chorizo 1 lbs diced pork or ground pork 2 lbs diced beef or ground beef 5 regular Winnie's / hot dogs 2 regular size onions 1 tomato Jalapeños Directions: Disco method: Cook bacon. push to edges. Cook Chorizo. push to edges. Cook beef and pork. Then add in hot dogs and veggies. Mixe all ingredients together and cook till veggies are sautéed well. Stove Top method: use a Wok or Dutch oven. Cook bacon. put in giant mixing bowl, but leave bacon grease in pan. Cook Chorizo then remove and add with bacon. Cook beef and pork then add to mixing bowl with rest of cooked meat. Add hot dogs, veggies and saute for about 5 minutes. Toss in all the meats back in to pan. Cook everything together until veggies are completely sautéed.
