  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1/2 cup chopped cucumber

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Whisk in the mayonnaise until smooth. Stir in the cabbage, cucumber and green pepper. Pour into four custard cups. Cover and refrigerate until firm.
