- In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain, reserve 1/2 cup pasta water, and return to pot.

- Add pesto, roasted red peppers, chicken, and 1/4 cup pasta water to pot and toss until combined and creamy. Season with salt and garnish with Parmesan.
