This super-nutritious smoothie packs in kale, cucumber, and parsley.
Ingredients
- 1 large handful kale
- 1 apple, cored and roughly chopped
- 1/2 cucumber
- 1/2 banana
- 1/2 fresh ginger, peeled and grated
- 1 tbsp. fresh mint
- 1 tbsp. fresh parsley
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1/4 c. almond milk
- 1 c. ice
Instructions
- In a blender, combine ingredients and blend until smooth.
