Ingredients
1 large handful kale
1 apple, cored and roughly chopped
1/2 cucumber
1/2 banana
1/2 fresh ginger, peeled and grated
1 tbsp. fresh mint
1 tbsp. fresh parsley
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1/4 c. almond milk
1 c. ice
