Ingredients

  • 1 lb. (80% lean) ground beef
  • 1/2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar
  • 1/2 package bacon, diced and cooked
  • 1/2 packet ranch seasoning
  • 2 tbsp. canola oil
  • 4 brioche buns
  • butter lettuce
  • 1 tomato, sliced
  • ranch dressing
  • Sour Cream & Onion chips

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, cheese, cooked bacon, and ranch seasoning. Form into four patties.
  2. Use oil to brush the grates of the grill or grill pan. Turn the heat to medium, and place burgers on the grill, cooking about 4 minutes per side.
  3. Just before removing burgers from the grill (or grill pan), place a slice of cheese atop each patty, letting it melt a bit.
  4. Put each patty on a bun half, adding lettuce, tomato, ranch dressing, and sour cream & onion chips. Top with the other bun half and serve.
