Whisk together. Then in another bowl whisk flour with your dry ingredients. Dunk wing in wet, then dunk in dry mixture then in to deep fry basket. Cook 15 minutes in 350 degree F corn or peanut oil. Let drain/dry for 10 minutes then enjoy.
