Here is the recipe: ingredients: pork butt smoked paprika garlic powder & onion powder black pepper 2 large red onions 2 large sweet white onions 1 bottle of The Best BBQ Sauce You'll Ever Taste 1 bottle of Guinness Extra Stout Directions: coat pork butt with all the seasonings. Wrap and put in fridge for at least 6 hours or as long as over night. the next day cut pork butt into two pieces and brown in frying pan with olive oil. after browning place meat off to side. Dump onions into same pan that you browned the meat in. Sautee onions until sweated and softened. Mix bbq sauce and beer in a bowl. Add meat to pressure cooker. Then add sauce mixture. Then add onions. Cook in pressure cooker for 1 hour and let set in cooker for 15 minute in the off position after cooking. open up and shred pork. Serve on a bun and top off with caramelized onions.
