A meaty tomato sauce is combined with pasta and a deliciously creamy Béchamel cheese sauce to create a fantastic family favourite. This version uses many pantry based ingredients, but their fresh alternatives can be substituted if you desire. ================= RECIPE FACT SHEET ================= INGREDIENTS IN THIS DISH: MEAT SAUCE 500g of Lean Beef Mince (Ground Beef) 1 Medium Brown Onion (Diced) 2 Cloves of Crushed Garlic Olive Oil 1 Can of Diced Tomatoes 1 Jar of Plain Spaghetti / Pasta Sauce 2 Tablespoons of Worcestershire Sauce Dried Mixed Italian Herbs 1 Litre (4 Cups) of Vegetable Stock (use Beef Stock if you prefer) BECHAMEL CHEESE SAUCE 50g of Butter 1/2 Cup of Flour 1 Litre of Milk 2 Cups of Tasty Cheese (Grated) 1 Egg (Beaten) Plus enough dry lasagne pasta sheets to fill your baking dish (I used 2 packets) Preparation Time: 25 minutes Cooking Time: 50 minutes @ 200 degrees Celsius ALL MEASUREMENTS GIVEN ARE AUSTRALIAN STANDARD METRIC (Look up Google for a converstion chart if using Imperial) More cooking videos at: http://www.onepotchefshow.com Music by Kevin McLeod (Used with Permission) http://incompetech.com
