Soft, fluffy tortillas are combined with cheese, ham, spring onions and sweet chilli sauce and lightly toasted in a frying pan. Soft and melted on the inside, warm and crisp on the outside, Quesadillas are basically the Mexican version of Toasted/Grilled Cheese Sandwiches.
