3/4 Cup of Milk
30g Butter
2 Teaspoons of Ground Cinnamon
Fresh Fruit (to serve)
Vanilla Yoghurt or Whipped Cream (to serve)
Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Cooking Time: About 2 minutes per batch

Cinnamon is one of the best ingredients that someone with insulin sensitivity can eat. Half a teaspoon of cinnamon per day has been shown to be very effective at normalizing blood sugar levels. Cinnamon contains hydroxychalcone, which is thought to enhance the effects of insulin.
