Drumstick Soup is a delicious Indian recipe served as a Soups and Stews. http://www.vahrehvah.com/drumstick-soup Ingredients: Drumsticks (Cut the drumsticks into 3 inch long pieces) 4 Numbers Carrots 2 Numbers Garlic cloves 5 Numbers Curry leaves 2 Springs Fennel seeds 1/2 Teaspoons Peppercorns 1/2 Teaspoons Coriander stems 1 Bunch Ginger (chopped) 1 Piece Green chilli 3 Numbers Tomatoes 4 Numbers Dal water 2 Cup Salt To taste Directions: Heat oil in a pan add drumstick pieces, carrot pieces, garlic cloves, curry leaves, fennel seeds, peppercorns, coriander stems cook it for 1 minute then add finely chopped ginger, chopped green chili, tomatoes and add some water and let it cook for 5 minutes. once the tomatoes and drumstick are cooked add water left over from boiling dal, coconut milk, salt boil it for 5 minutes. Remove the drumsticks, coriander stems, curry leaf strips from the soup. With the help of the hand blender make it into a paste, in this add drumstick pulp boil till the soup become thick. Serve hot.
