Moong Dal with Spicy Onion -- Boiled grainy moong dal is a dry dish tossed well with some onions and spices added with moong dal.

Ingredients:
Moong Dal 100 g
Oil 1 tb
Cumin seeds ¼ ts
Ginger chopped ¼ ts
Garlic chopped ts
Green chilly 3 n
Salt
Onion (medium size) 2 n
Turmeric pinch
Chilly powder 1 tb
Garam masala 1 ts
Coriander chopped ½ b
Mint leaves ½ b
Directions:
Heat oil in a pan add cumin seeds, chopped ginger, chopped garlic,
Green chilly, slices of onions, salt, turmeric, sauté it for some time and add moong dal (boil the moong daal still grainy), chilly powder, garam masala powder, cook for some time and add chopped coriander, chopped mint leaves.
