Soak the moong dal for 2 hours and remove the water and blend it into a smooth paste. 2. Take a bowl and add moong dal paste, pepper. Salt, asafetida, red chilly powder and mix thoroughly. 3. Add cooking soda, oil, coriander leaves and mix thoroughly. 4. Heat oil in a pan and drop in the small bhajiya using hand and deep fry them. 5.
