Vati dal na bhajiya, when you don't want to have something as heavy as a pav snack, switch to these petite moong dal bhajjis. The crushed peppercorns and coriander seeds give these crisp dumplings their characteristic flavour. http://www.vahrehvah.com/moong-dal-ka-bhajiya Ingredients: Moong dal 1 Cup Pepper(crushed) 10-15 Numbers Salt 0 To Asafoetida 1 Pinch Red chilly powder 1 Teaspoons Cooking soda 1 Pinch Oil 1 Tablespoons Coriander leaves(chopped) 1/4 Bunch Directions: 1. Soak the moong dal for 2 hours and remove the water and blend it into a smooth paste. 2. Take a bowl and add moong dal paste, pepper. Salt, asafetida, red chilly powder and mix thoroughly. 3. Add cooking soda, oil, coriander leaves and mix thoroughly. 4. Heat oil in a pan and drop in the small bhajiya using hand and deep fry them. 5.
