Yogurt curry -- Plain sweet kadhi is a yummy Gujarati dish. Buttermilk tempered with mustard seeds, cumin and fresh curry leaves and thickened with a mix of gram flour and all-purpose flour. INGREDIENTS Besan 2 tsp Maida 2 t Salt Beaten curd 1 cup Ghee ½ ts Cumin seeds 1ts Methi seeds ¼ ts Cloves 5 Cinnamon 2 stick Red chilly 2 n Green chilly 3 n Sugar 1 tbs Mint leaves 6 n METHOD Take a bowl add basen, Maida, salt, and water and mix it add beaten curd add more water keep it aside, heat ghee in a pan add cumin seeds, methi seeds, cloves, cinnamon, red chilly, chopped green chilies, sauté this and add butter milk mixture and stir until slightly thickened, add sugar, mint leaves boiled the mixture and switched off the flame.
