This kind of chicken curry cooked by hotel staff they add their own favourate flavours http://www.vahrehvah.com/staff-chicken-curry Ingredients: Mint chopped 1 Bunch Coriander powder 1 Teaspoons Cumin powder 1/2 Teaspoons Garam masala 1 Teaspoons Chicken stock 1 Cup Bell pepper 2 Numbers Potatoes 3 Numbers Ginger garlic paste 1 Teaspoons Green chilly 3 Numbers Curry leaves 2 Springs Turmeric 1/4 Teaspoons Tomatoes 4 Numbers Salt To Taste Onion chopped 1 Numbers Chicken 500 Grams Coriander chopped 1 Bunch Directions: 1. Heat oil in a pan add chopped onions, salt, turmeric, curry leaves, chicken, green chilly, ginger garlic paste, mix it well 2. add potatoes, garam masala powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, chilly powder, chicken stock, chopped mint, bell pepper, tomatoes, cook this till chicken is tender 3.
