This delicious, mild curry is so easy to make. The word 'malai' means cream, but this curry gets its creaminess from coconut milk. This is a recipe from Bengal, which is famous for its seafood. Serve it with steamed basmati rice." http://www.vahrehvah.com/prawn-malai-curry-2 Ingredients: Prawn 500 g Salt Turmeric Butter 2 tb Onions (paste raw) 2 n Ginger garlic paste 1 tb Chilly flakes 1 ts Tomato paste 1 tb Mustard paste 1 ts Green chilly 4 n Sugar 1 pinch Coconut milk ½ cup Garam masala 1ts Directions: 1. First marinate the prawn with salt, and turmeric, keep it aside. 2. Take a pan put it on the flame and add butter, then add marinated prawns, cook this prawn (75% done) and transfer it in a plate. 3. In the same butter, add onion paste, ginger garlic paste cook this till raw flavor is gone and add chilly flakes, tomato paste, cook for few minutes, add mustard paste, salt, green chills, pinch of sugar, coconut milk and then add prawns, cook this for few minutes, add garam masala powder, switch off the flame, put the lid on for few minutes. 4.
