oatmeal cookies creates a moist and flavorful dessert that will make everyone's day a little bit better.

Ingredients :
Butter 60 g
Powder sugar 50 g
Vanilla essence ½ tsp
All purpose flour 100 g
Oats 30 g
Baking soda pinch
Cashew nuts 10 g
Raisins 5 g
Method:
Take a bowl and add butter, powder sugar mix it well and add vanilla essence, mix it again.
Take another bowl and add All purpose flour, soaked oats, cashew nuts, raisins, pinch of baking soda, mix it well and transfer this into butter mixture bowl then Mix it like a soft dough and roll the dough into thin sheet.
Sprinkle some cashew nuts and roll it once.
Take the fancy cutter and cut them into nice shapes and arrange them into the baking tray.
Bake at 180 degree C for 10 minutes.
Cool 1 minute on cookie sheet and serve.
