Potato Spinach and Radish curry is a very simple yet delicious and is a combination of potato cubes, spinach and radish white and greens mixed together and cooked in a spicy tomato gravy.
Ingredients:
Potato 150 g
Radish with leaves (medium size) 2 n
Garlic 4 cloves
Onion chopped 1 n
Turmeric pinch
Green chilly 3 n
Chilly powder 1 tb
Tomatoes 2 n
Spinach 1 cup
Sugar pinch
Oil 1 tb
Mustard seeds ¼ ts
Cumin seeds ¼ ts
Directions:
Heat oil in a pan add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, crushed garlic, sauté it and add chopped onions, turmeric, chopped green chilly, chilly powder, chopped tomatoes, cook this and add radish white part and green part cut them into small pieces, add spinach, potato, add pinch of sugar and put the lid on and cook it in a slow flame until the radish and potato is tender.
Serve this with chapatti.
