Oats aloo tikki is very fantastic and healthy snack, made with potato, oats and spices. http://www.vahrehvah.com/oats-aloo-tikkis-11 Ingredients : Potato (boiled) 1 cup Oats 1 ½ cup Green chilli 4 nos Garam masala ½ tsp salt to taste Amtur powder ½ tsp Coriander (chopped) ½ bunch Salt to taste Eggs 2 no’s Bread crumbs ½ cup Method: Take a bowl and add Boiled and mashed potato, Oats, green chilli, garam masala, salt, mix it well . Divide the mixture into small dumplings. In a bowl add egg and beat well Take the dumplings and press it with hands and give the tikki shape and dip into the egg mixture and coat with the bread crumbs. Heat tawa and shallow fry the tikkis by using oil. Cook the tikkis on both sides. Serve this with tomato ketchup or Mint chutney.
