Lehsuni palak ka saag is a very comfort food for the garlic lovers and a must try just for its simplicity where the whole garlic combine with the Saag masala and goes very wellll with roties and naans http://www.vahrehvah.com/lehsuni-palak-ka-saag Ingredients: Spinach 2 Bunch Ginger(chopped) 1 Teaspoons Garlic(whole and chopped) 18 Clove Onions(chopped) 1 Cup Nutmeg powder 1 Pinch Coriander leaves 1/4 Bunch Mint leaves 1/4 Bunch Green chillies 5 Numbers Oil 4 Tablespoons Salt 0 To Kasuri methi- dry fenugreek leaves 1 Tablespoons Paneer(grated) 1 Cup Fresh cream 2 Tablespoons Butter 1 Tablespoons DIRECTIONS: 1. Boil spinach in a pan then take it out and keep it aside. 2. Heat oil in a pan and add ginger, garlic, green chillies, onions, nutmeg powder, coriander leaves, mint leaves, spinach and switch off the flame to saute it. 3. Then take the above mixture into a blender to make a smooth green paste. 4. Heat butter in a pan and add garlic, then let it cook on slow flame for 2 to 3 min. 5. Add kasuri methi, green paste and saute it for a minute then add salt and check the seasoning. 6. Then add fresh cream, grated paneer and mix thoroughly. 7.
