Ingredients: 1. 400 gram pork chop = 14.11 oz 2. 1 egg yolk 3. 3 tbsp corn flour 4. 500 ml oil = 16.9 fl oz 5. 30 Sichuan peppercorns 6. 1 tsp salt Marinade: 1. 1 minced garlic 2. pinch of sugar 3. 1/2 tsp 5 spice powder 4. 2 tsp rum 5. 3 tsp light soy sauce 6. pinch of pepper 7. 1/2 tsp chicken essence 8. 2 tsp water 9. 1 tsp oil
