1. 250 克 = 8. 820 oz, 先濾麵粉

6. 1 條青蔥, 洗淨, 去水, 切綠色段薄片大約 4 湯匙
7. 3 湯匙菜油
8. 1/4 茶匙鹽
9. 一些麵粉
10. 8 - 9 張小油紙
11. 少許菜油, 擦用

6. 1 spring onion = 4 tbsp
7. 3 tbsp oil
8. 1/4 tsp salt
9. some flour
10. 8 - 9 sheets small parchment paper
11. some oil
