1/2 tsp leaves oregano 1 dash pepper 1 dash salt 1 tsp olive oil 1/2 fl oz lemon juice 30 super colossal olives 1/4 cup chopped celery 1 clove garlic 1/2 cup parsley

Instructions

1. Combine all ingredients in a small bowl, mix well and let sit for an hour. 2. Serve on top of seared tuna for the best flavor!
