  • 2 salmon fillets (200g each)
  • 1 medium sweet potato (200g)

Instructions

  1. Boil the sweet potato until soft.

  5. Shape into 4 cakes.
  6. Heat the olive oil in a pan.
  7. Cook the cakes for 3-4 minutes on each side.
