Get back to the basics with this easy cabbage slaw featuring thinly sliced radishes and fresh mint. Instead of a creamy dressing, it’s tossed with a citrusy vinaigrette.
Ingredients
- 4 cups shredded cabbage
- 1 1/2 cups thinly sliced radishes
- 1/2 cup diagonally cut green onions
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1/3 cup chopped fresh mint
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper
Instructions
- Combine first 5 ingredients; toss. Sprinkle with mint, salt, and pepper.
