- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 stick unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup packed dark brown sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 3/4 cup dried cherries, coarsely chopped
- 1/2 cup macadamia nuts, coarsely chopped
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375 ° and position racks in the upper and lower thirds. In a medium bowl, whisk the flour, baking soda and salt.
