Ingredients
- 12 oz. premium white chocolate chips
- 8 ice pop sticks
- 4 mini Oreos
- 8 piece round black licorice
- 1 batch Royal Icing
- Orange chewy candies, mini chocolate chips, mini M&M's, and shoestring licorice
Instructions
- Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. In a medium bowl, melt chocolate chips according to package directions. Spoon 8 oval-shaped pools of 2 tablespoons chocolate onto the prepared pan, making slightly larger mounds where the heads should be.
- Press ice pop sticks 2/3 of the way into each one and cover with chocolate.
- To make the top hats, separate 4 mini Oreo cookies and discard the filling. Using royal icing, adhere the round black licorice to the center of the cookie.
- Decorate the snowmen using chewy candies (we used Starburst) for the nose, chocolate chips for the eyes, M&M’s for the buttons, and shoestring licorice for the scarves.
