Recipe by Woman's Day Kitchen These sweet white chocolate treats look just like real melting snowmen.

Ingredients

  • 12 oz. premium white chocolate chips
  • 8 ice pop sticks
  • 4 mini Oreos
  • 8 piece round black licorice
  • 1 batch Royal Icing
  • Orange chewy candies, mini chocolate chips, mini M&M's, and shoestring licorice

Instructions

  1. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. In a medium bowl, melt chocolate chips according to package directions. Spoon 8 oval-shaped pools of 2 tablespoons chocolate onto the prepared pan, making slightly larger mounds where the heads should be.
  2. Press ice pop sticks 2/3 of the way into each one and cover with chocolate.
  3. To make the top hats, separate 4 mini Oreo cookies and discard the filling. Using royal icing, adhere the round black licorice to the center of the cookie.
  4. Decorate the snowmen using chewy candies (we used Starburst) for the nose, chocolate chips for the eyes, M&M’s for the buttons, and shoestring licorice for the scarves.
