- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 3 large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup cooked spaghetti
- Large lettuce leaf, for garnish
- 2 lemon wedges
Instructions
- Heat the butter in a skillet over medium heat until melted. Add the garlic. Cook for a few seconds, and then add the shrimp and cook for 4 minutes. Add the spaghetti and cook until just heated through. Lay the lettuce on a plate and top with the spaghetti and shrimp. Squeeze lemon juice over the top and garnish with the remaining wedge.
