  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons butter, cubed
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 tablespoons chopped pecans, toasted

Instructions

  1. Place carrots and water in a large microwave-safe bowl. Cover and microwave on high for 5 minutes. Stir in the onions, butter, oregano, garlic salt and pepper. Cover and cook 2-3 minutes longer or until carrots are crisp-tender. Sprinkle with pecans.
